Innovation Accelerator Program
The Center’s signature program provides the full range of consultative and facilitation services to individuals on the frontlines of care with a passion for using innovation to improve outcomes and experience. Run in conjunction with the widely successful program at Penn Medicine, the Innovation Accelerator Program invites participation in innovation all across the LG Health System.

One of the ways we leverage our relationship with Penn Medicine’s Center for Health Care Innovation is by early adoption of their tested platforms and processes for innovation.
Smart Health Innovation Lab
Penn Medicine Lancaster General Health is a founding member of the Smart Health Innovation Lab (iLab), a collaboration between payors, venture capital, and our regional health network. Designed to help startups adapt their pilots to enterprise-scale health system roll-outs, the iLab has already graduated exciting companies.
