Erica leads and executes Center for Health Care Innovation projects from contextual research through rapid experimentation and implementation.
Erica’s career has focused primarily in public health research with roles managing research centers and projects at the University of Pennsylvania Perelman School of Medicine, the Penn State College of Medicine, and the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences. Her first role at LGH was in 2008 with a 2-year stint in the Research Institute advising internal research efforts as well as leading the PA College’s institutional research program. Prior to re-joining LGH in 2018, Erica worked for a research and consulting firm specializing in community health and the senior living industry as the Director of Research and Innovation.
Erica holds a bachelor’s degree in human biology from the University at Albany, an MS in applied anatomy and physiology from Boston University, and an MHS in public health from Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health.
