Senior Design Strategist
Maya works across the portfolio to drive creative thinking and explore the frontiers of design innovation. Her role involves fostering a culture of experimentation, encouraging new ideas, exploring emerging trends and guiding teams through the process of Service Design.
Maya has lived and worked across continents, languages and disciplines. Prior to joining LGH, she led programs and taught courses focused on design, creativity and innovation at Franklin & Marshall College. Thrilled to be part of the team, she's now applying her experience to the impactful field of healthcare.
Maya holds bachelor's degrees in graphic design and in communication, a master's degree in education, and was trained in Design Thinking at the Stanford d.School.
